Outbound Sales Development Rep | BPO/Call Center Experience Required Part Time

MUST HAVE:
✅ 1+ years BPO, call center, or outbound sales experience
✅ Comfortable making 50+ cold calls per day
✅ Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
✅ Proven ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
✅ Excellent English communication (will be tested)

❌ Your background is only customer service/tech support (inbound)
❌ You’ve never done cold outreach or prospecting
❌ You need constant supervision or hand-holding

ROLE:
– Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn
– Book qualified demos/discovery calls
– Manage pipeline in CRM
– 10-20 hours/week to start; potential to scale
