Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, goal-oriented, and driven individuals to join our team as Travel Agents / Travel Sales Associates.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys helping people, communicates well, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with travel inquiries and bookings
Recommend suitable travel options based on client needs
Communicate with customers professionally and clearly
Follow company systems and sales processes
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after booking
Work toward sales targets and performance goals
Stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are:

Disciplined, consistent, and results-focused
Experience in travel, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided.

Compensation

Basic salary: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month
Plus commission
Potential to earn up to ₱50,000+ per month
Compensation growth depends on performance, results, and contribution.
