Real Estate Management Virtual Assistant Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our real estate property management operations.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of three years of work experience in real estate or property management
-At least three years of experience working a night-shift schedule
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
-Able to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks
-Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

-Contact prospective tenants and applicants
-Schedule appointments for property and unit tours
-Follow up with applicants regarding their inquiries and appointments
-Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel
-Schedule repairs and maintenance services
-Follow up on outstanding repair requests and vendor appointments
-Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and work orders
-Provide general administrative support for property management operations

Applicants must be available to work during the required night-shift hours and have a quiet, professional home-office environment.
