Sales Specialist Work from Home Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
– Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using our proven scripts and outreach sequences.
– Qualify leads, build massive rapport, and book crucial appointments with business owners.
– Conduct high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess their exact needs and pain points.
– Deliver highly compelling, consultative presentations aligned perfectly with company solutions and client objectives.

– You are a great talker: You can speak clearly, listen well, and build trust incredibly quickly over the phone.
– You have grit: You do not mind hearing no because you know it brings you one step closer to a massive yes.
– You are a quick learner: You can follow a script but seamlessly think on your feet when a client asks a tough question.
– You are goal-oriented: You absolutely love hitting targets and are completely driven by seeing your name at the top of the leaderboard.

Non-Negotiables:
– At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (US, Canada, UK, or Australia).
– 2+ years of proven sales experience.
– Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or a dedicated Closing Role.
– High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Proven experience handling both Inbound & Outbound Calls.
– Exceptional CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency.
– Industry-Related Sales Experience: Backgrounds in Telco, Financial Loans, or Recruitment Sales.
