Qualifications:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in IT.
Experience in transformation and solutions for Service Desk accounts. • Female candidates only; male candidates are not allowed at this time. Any male submissions will be automatically rejected.
At least 6–8 years of experience in an IT Service Desk.
Prior consulting and automation experience is required.
Presales/solution experience is a plus.
Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other AI frameworks is preferred.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
BPO experience is required.
