Healthcare experience is an advantage, but it isn’t the deciding factor.

What You’ll Do
Depending on the practice you support, your responsibilities may include:

Patient scheduling
Insurance verification
Answering inbound and outbound calls
Medical documentation
Administrative support
Patient communication

Our hiring process begins with your application.

Aside from your resume, you’ll be asked to complete a short written exercise. There are no right or wrong answers—we simply want to see how you think and how you communicate.

Your Writing Exercise
In 300 words or less, answer the following question:

Tell us about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer, client, classmate, coworker, or another challenging situation.

Describe:

What happened?
How did you respond?
What was the outcome?
Looking back today, would you do anything differently?

We’re less interested in the situation itself than in how you think through problems, communicate, and reflect on your own decisions.

Applicants who are shortlisted will continue through several stages, including:

Each stage is designed to evaluate different skills. We review every application carefully before inviting candidates to the next step.
