Social Media Researcher Full Time NEW

We’re hiring an Instagram Virtual Assistant to work and learn directly with the founders of MakeFans. This is a long-term, part-time role with a clear path to grow. If you’re driven, consistent, and take ownership of results, read on.

The Role

Every Instagram assistant starts as a Researcher and grows into a Marketer. You’ll begin by learning what makes content win, and as your judgment and consistency prove out, you’ll grow into running Instagram accounts end-to-end. Every task comes with a written playbook — we train you on all of it. What we ask for is effort, consistency, and the discipline to follow each procedure properly.

Phase 1 — Researcher (where you start)

• Study Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts to identify winning reels and repeatable patterns.
• Apply our win-criteria to flag genuine outperformers — not just anything that went viral.
• Report your strongest finds with a clear rationale for why each is worth replicating.

Phase 2 — Marketer (where you grow)

• Post and manage content (reels and stories) on assigned accounts, following our SOPs.
• Run daily engagement and track each reel’s metrics exactly as the system requires.
• Adhere precisely to naming conventions, posting schedules, and tracking systems.

Who We’re Looking For

• A fast, stable internet connection and your own laptop.
• Basic working knowledge of Instagram and Discord — we’ll teach you the rest.
• Above all, the drive to learn every procedure the role requires and deliver consistently.
