TAX Accountant, CPA Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Tax, Accounting Manager to lead tax compliance, audit management, and regulatory requirements for U-BIX Corporation and its affiliates. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and organized leader who can strengthen tax processes, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence across multiple entities.

Job Description:

• Lead tax planning, compliance, and reporting for the entire group.
• Recommend tax-saving strategies and ensure accurate, timely tax payments.
• Review ITRs, tax disclosures, annual regulatory filings, and CWT completeness.
• Manage BIR audits, LOAs, tax dockets, and required schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and legal counsel for tax matters.
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of E‑invoicing systems.
• Handle business taxes, permits, and real property tax compliance.
• Maintain updated tax guidelines, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the tax team to ensure high performance.
• Support clean‑up activities, process improvements, and special Finance projects

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy; postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• At least 8 years of tax-related experience, with 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and time‑management skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in accounting/tax systems and advanced Excel.

Work Arrangement: Onsite/ Report to Office
