The Role
You’ll be the strategic engine behind high-stakes campaigns, moving beyond simple “ad management” to build full-funnel growth architectures.

Platform: Hands-on execution across Google, Meta (Secondary: LinkedIn and Tiktok). You know the technical nuances of BC2/B2B lead gen
Optimization: A/B testing isn’t a task; it’s your DNA. You refine copy, creative, and audiences until the data screams “winner.”
Data Storytelling: Translating complex metrics into clear, revenue-focused wins for our products.
Ensure campaigns not over or underspending

The Requirements
3–5 Years in the Trenches: You’ve navigated high-spend accounts and have the scars (and trophies) to prove it.
Proven Receipts: A portfolio showcasing consistent, high-ROAS results, Low CPL
Strategic Mindset: You bridge the gap between “pretty ads” and “ads that convert.”
