Job Description:
1. Design, development and execution of the company’s sales/marketing strategies & activities, especially from a digital standpoint.
2. To utilize search engine optimization, keyword analysis & optimization, social media, display advertising and all other online avenues, to drive traffic to the company’s websites.
3. To use all open source tools to self-critique & analyze digital marketing efforts & digital presence
4. To manage and grow our website’s client database.
5. Maintain and update the company’s websites.
6. Manage evaluate online e-commerce conversion performance
7. Coordinate with relevant parties in marketing strategies across all channels
8. Support company’s sales and events campaign activities
Key Responsibilities:
1) Attending to sales enquires, preparing Sales Agreement, service coordination
2) Assist in price negotiations and customer delivery issues
3) Manage e-commerce sales and preparation of orders
4) Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events)
5) Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
6) Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and updates across platforms
7) Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, ads, promotions)
8) Monitor online inquiries, messages, and customer feedback, responding promptly
9) Track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies
10) Coordinate with digital teams or vendors for website updates, SEO, and online campaigns
11) Stay updated with digital trends to improve online presence and visibility
12) Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
13) Management of sales inventory/stock
Requirements:
1. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent
2. Proficiency of social media platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc
3. At least 3 years of marketing experience, and atleast 1 full year in e-commerce.
4. Experience with D2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
5. The ability to prioritize work, and complete tasks diligently in a fast-paced environment
6. The ability to work well on your own, or with a team.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
